For maintenance medications, please call your pharmacy at least 72 hours before you need the refill and ask them to send us an E-refill request. Within 72 hours, you should call your pharmacy to check if the refill is ready for pick-up. If you are due for an office visit before your medication is refilled, please call the front desk to schedule an appointment.
For controlled substances, we prefer that you have your pharmacy send us an E-refill request, but you may call our refill line if that is more convenient. If you choose to call, please be sure to have the name and dosage of the medication you need refilled available and allow at least 72 hours before you need the refill.
